Disease Model is Amy Hoffmann (Maenads, Hunted Creatures) and Adam MacGregor (Conelrad, Creation is Crucifixion, Brown Angel, Microwaves, Torus). The duo began collaborations in summer, 2011 as a means to explore textural, electroacoustic improvisation, while maintaining a dark undercurrent.
